I graduated from Western Michigan University in 1967 with a degree in instrumental music education and have enjoyed a long and successful career as a public school band director. Currently, I am employed by Dekalb County Schools (GA) as an elementary band teacher. In 2004, I plan to join my lovely wife, Freda, in retirement. Besides ballroom dancing, we enjoy traveling and are looking forward to spending part of our "golden years" discovering new romantic beaches and scenic mountain views. My hobby is playing the saxophone in several dance/jazz bands in the Atlanta area. I   SCUBA dive all over the southeast for fun. Although I am childless by choice, I have a grandchild by marriage. . . a precious young lady that brings a lot of joy to our lives.    Class of '63 rules . . . Go BOBCATS!
