Hello everyone! Remember me? I'm the kind of nerdy guy who painted all those murals. Ha, ha... After BHS I went to Western Michigan University majoring in art.    I roomed with Dan Gibson who use to nag me about playing the guitar and goofing off instead of studying (Hi Dan!).  What the heck, I was an art major. For the most part it was a no-brainer.  I went there for only one year, then I came out to Simi Valley California to live with my sister, Patt and explore new possibilities. It was only supposed to be for a summer, but as it turned out I stayed "a bit longer".   My brother Kevin moved out about a year later and lived in Thousand Oaks, just ten miles away.  Joe Bosque rented a room with us for a time also.  He did quite well for himself in computerized graphic arts.  Well, my sister moved back to Niles after about two years (as did Kevin and Joe later), but I chose to settle in California.   I went to a small college nearby and discovered how much I liked acting and directing (stage).  Later I took up classes in video production where I directed a number of student projects.  I met my future wife, Lisa in one of our acting classes. She was/is a stunning beauty and I fell for her instantly.   Our mutual interest and compatibility led to a wonderful five year romance culminating in marriage with two incredible boys, Sammy and Charlie to follow.  I work as an on-line video editor, a craft I half stumbled into and thank God for.  Speaking of "The Man", I became a born-again believer in the summer of '86.  Who'd have thought it? I used to be the type to cross examine every Jesus freak I came across with devious glee... and now I'm one of THEM??? For fun I enjoy writing (plays & screenplays) and writing & recording music.  If you'd like to hear a sample, go to  www.acidplanet.com/artist.asp?songs=46474&T=2180   and you will find a web page dedicated to music I've created using Acid Music software.  I'd love any feedback you could offer.  Well... this is long-winded, eh? I hope everyone will send bios & pics to this great website (thanks Jim!). See ya.... Jon
